Founder and Principal
My passion is enabling businesses realise the strategic potential of data and AI.

Through aligning data and AI initiatives to the strategic agenda, building business engagement and developing the required talent, process and technology capabilities, I accelerate organisations in delivering the tangible value outcomes from data and AI.
​
With over two decades of analytics experience across UK, South America and Australia, I have led and delivered the data and AI strategy across the Wesfarmers Group, Falabella (leading South American retailer and financial services group), Quantium/ Woolworths, leading retailers in the UK/ USA and European leisure businesses.
​
Through translating the potential of data assets into business use-cases, closing the engagement ‘chasm’ between business and analytics teams, and developing the capabilities to effectively scale the use and adoption of data and AI, I help transform strategic data aspirations into reality.

Founder and Principal
Susanne is a coach and consultant. She has spent a career helping companies change the way they manage and adapt to the incredible pace of digital & data transformation.
From big corporates to SMEs and startups across 3 continents, she has the privilege of stewarding many firms through strategic changes to the way they do business.
Her focus is never just on the tech, but on the people and culture that wrap around it; the final frontier of transformation.
